Vico della Torretta is back from the success in the Giallo Milano kermesse (2013) where the AWARD THE BEST RISOTTO AT ZAFFERRANO has been awarded before a jury of experts in the sector, proposing the new menu that can be tasted in the splendid frescoed rooms of the restaurant. A wide range of dishes to satisfy even the most demanding palates! We also have a wide selection of national and international wines.

Talented young chef who already has an intensive training course and professional. After graduating from the Hotel Institute he began immediately to work in the best restaurants in Lombardy. From 2003 to 2007 he was able to test themselves in the excellent French cuisine in the renowned restaurant La Maison de Boeuf in Brussels to become sous-chef alongside Jack Chartier.
He worked for a year with the Chef Mauro Grandi at the Villa Sassa Lugano, only to get there – until mid-2012 – the Visconti Banqueting, as second chef at Restaurant Viscount of Pavia. He Arrives at The Vico della Torretta in the summer of 2010. Chef Angelo Nasta includes collaborations like the one with the highest level of Gualtiero Marchesi.

The lobby bar – adjoining the lobby – is the nerve center of the hotel’s life. It is the ideal place to stop and have a drink, served by the bar-tenders of the structure, or simply to have a chat. We invite you to taste the “Torretta Spritz” during the aperitif, the cocktail of the house designed by our bartender Ciro Capone will surprise you with its freshness and the original combination of ingredients.
